Payment & Scheduling Policy:
- Payment: To ensure a smooth process, full payment is required upfront before any materials are shared or sessions begin.
- Support & Coaching Sessions: Clients have the full calendar month to complete all five sessions. New clients can sign up to begin on the 1st of the following month, clients who choose to start sessions start after the 1st must still complete all sessions by the end of the calendar month, I’ll work with clients to ensure all sessions are completed by the end of the month.
- Scheduling Flexibility: Sessions will be scheduled ahead of time to fit each client’s needs. I understand that life happens, so clients are welcome to reschedule up to three times with at least 24 hours’ notice. If sessions are missed or not rescheduled within this timeframe, they will unfortunately be forfeited.
- Refund Policy: To keep things fair for everyone, I am unable to offer refunds for missed or incomplete sessions. However, I’ll always do my best to ensure scheduling works smoothly so clients can get the most out of our time together.
